By accessing or using the website and services of SILUO MOBILE (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
2. ACCOUNT & ACCESS
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence) to use our services.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party.
Information Accuracy: You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration or checkout is accurate, current, and complete, and you will update it promptly as needed.
3. PRODUCTS & ORDERS
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure product listings are accurate. However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly from the actual device due to screen settings and device configurations.
Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is only deemed accepted once we have received and processed your payment. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or payment failures.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Pricing & Fees: All prices are listed in USD. Product prices exclude taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, and import charges, which will be added at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, T/T and other authorized payment methods.
Billing Authorization: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount. You must promptly update your payment information, including credit card expiration dates, to avoid payment failures.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.
Shipping RateS:
- Standard shipping: $39.00 for the first 1kg (approx. 2 devices).
- Additional weight: $10.00 for each additional 0.5kg (approx. 1 device).
- Free shipping: Free shipping to China address, if you have shipping agent in China, we can ship your order to your agent in China for free
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days, depending on the destination. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control (e.g., force majeure).
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate **Refund Policy**, which is incorporated by reference. In summary:
Quality Issues: Full refunds or replacements are offered within 7 days of delivery after you returned the product for verified manufacturing defects or functional failures.
Change of Mind: Returns for personal reasons (e.g., wrong model, change of preference) are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.
Exclusions: Opened devices, physically damaged products, and orders beyond the 7-day return window are not eligible for return or refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of SILUO MOBILE and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
This store is operated by SILUO MOBILE and hosted on the Shopify platform. Shopify provides technical infrastructure but does not participate in sales, customer service, or product fulfillment. You agree that Shopify is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your transactions with SILUO MOBILE, and you hereby release Shopify from all such liabilities.
